All projects we enter into belong to our owners – not MindLab – but we run them together. We contribute our distinctive approach and ability to build experiments and create insights into the public and user aspects of problems and solutions.

As well as our involvement forming the basis for better decisions and relevant solutions for any given project, our ambition is that each project should invent and test new ways for the public sector to approach problem-solving and development. Through the power of example, we can show new ways forward, break down old habits and disprove myths about what local government or public organisations can do.

We are very happy to test hypotheses by building prototypes, and when we know more, we are happy to admit our mistakes by making another attempt.
